Protection of personal data
Agence Départementale du Tourisme de Touraine processes personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data") about you in connection with your use of this website (hereinafter the "Site"). As data controller, we respect our Site users' privacy and protect their personal data.

Agence Départementale du Tourisme de Touraine collects Personal Data online, including by e-mail; this policy applies regardless of the collection or processing method used.

The data controller in charge of the processing of Your Personal Data is: Etienne MARTEGOUTTE, legal representative of Agence Départementale du Tourisme en Touraine, 37000 TOURS; certain technical services (deduplication, data quality, etc.) are entrusted to our technical service providers. In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, such a service provider is bound by a strict confidentiality clause prohibiting any use of the data entrusted to it that is not provided for in the service agreement, and requiring it to implement technical and organisational measures to meet the security and personal data protection requirements.

We process your data in whole or in part for the following purposes:

- Enabling you to use the Sites and Applications in an interactive, personalised way;

We keep Your Personal Data only for a period of time that is necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which they were collected, namely a maximum of 3 years following your last interaction with us on your initiative.
Beyond the aforementioned periods, your data will be anonymised for statistical purposes or deleted outright.
